About

About the archive

The Trump Action Archive is a searchable, source-graded public record of actions taken by, or bearing on, the federal government — compiled week by week and held to a fixed standard of evidence.

What it is

The archive turns a weekly harvest of executive orders, agency rules, court rulings, congressional acts, and the reporting that documents them into discrete, searchable events. Every event is graded on two axes — how reliably it is sourced, and whether it bears on democratic institutions — and only events that clear both are shown. Our methodology sets out the standard in full.

Where it comes from

The archive is a companion to The Trump Chronicles, an ongoing documentary book series. It shares the series’ two-tier source discipline: a claim enters the record only when it rests on a primary source — the federal record, the courts, the wire services, or a broadsheet news desk — or is independently corroborated by two or more news desks.

How to use it

Search the archive by keyword, or narrow by week, category, date, attack type, or named trait. Each result shows its verification tier and the sources behind it. Found something wrong? Tell us.
